With the recession still affecting the British Public it can often be hard to find good rental property at affordable prices. Scotland offers a wide range of rental properties that won’t break the bank! With exceptional landmarks such as Loch Lomond and Ben Nevis, fabulous nightlife and som great rural areas it is no wonder Scotland has become a fabulous place for rental opportunity! Take a look at my favourites.
We expect a certain level of grandure and extravagance from a townhouse. This fabulous home offers a modern interior in a traditional townhouse! I love the ultra contemporary kitchen, spacious rooms and bright and airy feel! With real oak flooring, a freestanding bath and natural light this townhouse is definitely a desirable rental opportunity!

2.The Period property
How I wish I had some more images of this fabulous period property! This stunning split level conversion oozes charm, and located in Glasgow’s popular West end it may possibly be one of the most desirable victorian properties ever. Being let furnished really is the icing on the cake, if only we could see inside….

3. The country home
This is the crem de la creme of country cottages! The furnishings in this property are exquisite- old vintage style wardrobes and chandeliers.! The tasteful decor is a definite winner. This house is a classic english home with a real sense of character and history! The bedrooms are elegant, the kitchen is country and the views are breathtaking!

4.The character Flat
http://www.rentright.co.uk/lanarkshire/glasgow/95405_property.aspx
This modest flat in Southern Glasgow combines traditional exterior with a simplistic modern interior. With its perfect quantities this flat could well be appealing to a very large audience. Suprisingly, for a flat, it also has four bedrooms and a seperate dining room.It is refreshing to see such a classic design hiding modern wood floors and neutral furnishings! And how lovely it would be to have a bay window in your bedroom!
5. The Family Home
I think this is fills the criteria for ‘perfect family home.’ The kitchen it gives an illusion of an exotic loaction and looks more like a spanish villa than a 4bed in Glasgow. In terms of practiclity, the decor probably isn’t the most suitable, (i.e.-white walls) but the general feel is that of a family place. I love the traditional elegance of the lounge in comparison to the modern kitchen! A charmer!
6. The Penthouse
This is quite possibly one of the most unique penthouses I have ever come across in Lanarkshire. I imagine it to be a perfect bachelor/bachelorette pad! For an apartment, its spacious 3 double bedrooms are a great selling point! The sloping ceilings and balcony make this pad even more appealing to a tenant!I am also intrigued by the fabulous window shapes, for a modern property the designs have a certain elegance and old fashioned charm!http://www.rentright.co.uk/lanarkshire/hamilton/153365_property.aspx
7.The Eccentric!

One word :INCREDIBLE. I honestly think that this property is something out of a fairytale. Its shabby chic exterior and ecclectic charm make this a fabulous rental property! The archways, the balconies, the modern v traditional decor! The list is endless! This three bed villa well and truly makes a statement!
I want it!
