Its been over a month since we had a small placement post, so i thought it was time to just put a few more reasons why its best to get your business listed on rentright.co.uk, and if you already are listed as an agent to make sure you get your property on the site without delay. Below is a samle from our Search Engine rankings data that is provided to us ebery day, it show us improving in the areas listed, of course we can monitor other areas and specifically work on these but you need to tell us, afterall were not mind readers and we do what we think best.

The facility is very easy to setup from within the software and once completed every time an update is made to a property or a new property is gained by your agency you can have it on Rentright at a push of the button.Rentright upload the files direct from our ftp server to the front end of the website every 4 hours so your rental property will be visible on the Rentright website and our partner sites very quickly. In order to enhance the customer experience when using Rentright all of the agents website images are now being automatically clipped. After some extensive research it was decided that the best solution was with shrinktheweb and this has now been integrated into all of the agents profile pages. With this feature it will ensure that the clipped images will be no older than 30 days so any website updates made by the member letting agents will be added to the site, this will enhance the user experience and ensure that the website profile pages are more useful for the visitors.

Just as important as buying a house is renting and ensuring that you do not buy or rent in an area that is prone to flooding or subsidence or you could be in trouble.
As an ex letting agent i always seem to have a camera on me and managed to snap this picture of the floods in Tattenhoe park in Milton Keynes.
Whilst this is not impacting on any houses near it at the moment it does show how bad weather can burst river banks and if it was near to property how disastrous this could be. When looking to rent a property check everything as you may be stuck if something does happen, however check with your letting agent and dont be afraid to ask questions.
